For both packages, during your birth, we help you advocate for any and all of your wishes. We will provide labor support with double hip squeeze, rebozo band, positioning, peanut ball, suggestion of movement, as well as comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques with pushing, oils, support in the shower, etc. The goal is for us to help you make each contraction work for you. Getting the baby positioned right and you moving and squatting as needed with as much pain relief as possible. We can also help your partner be involved if he/she would like. We can make suggestions of different things to try and help educate you on your options as you go through each stage. This is your birth and we want to help provide the outcome you desire. If you are having an epidural, we can also support positions during that time as well.

Sibling support $400
Do you have a little one at home that you would like cared for while you head to the hospital for the birth of your baby? We can be on call for your birth to watch siblings at home while you leave, even if in the middle of the night. If you are having a home birth, we can attend for sibling support to help them with any needs and help include them as much or as little in your birthing experience. If older, we can help them understand what is going on and ease their minds; if younger, we can keep them occupied and attend to basic needs.
Midwife Assistant $250
A midwife assistant works alongside your midwife to ensure your care runs smoothly. Responsibilities may include preparing and maintaining supplies, monitoring the birthing environment, assisting with charting or documentation, and offering comfort and reassurance to the birthing family. With this added layer of support, families receive more focused and personalized care.
