Lactation & Birth Classes

Join our interactive group classes on pumping, breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum prep, and navigating feeding challenges.

All classes are 1 hour in length and are $45 cash pay or covered by your insurance at no cost to you. They can be attended by anyone and everyone who is going to be involved in your journey. These classes can be live or virtual.

Birthing 101 Class

We will discuss all things birth and labor. Birth plan, options, whether at home or hospital, positions, comfort measures, making each contraction work for you, initial postpartum care after birth, and more.

Newborn Care course

We will discuss soothing techniques, bathing your newborn, helping baby with days and nights, developmental milestones, leaps, baby products, safe sleep and more.

Tummy Time & Development

Tummy time is more than just time on the floor — it’s foundational for your baby’s strength, coordination, and motor skills. This hands-on class teaches fun, practical ways to make tummy time enjoyable and effective, while supporting your baby’s physical and neurological development. Ideal for babies from birth to 6 months.

Going Back to Work

Preparing to return to work? This class will help you navigate pumping, bottle introduction, milk storage, and maintaining your milk supply — while balancing the emotional and logistical challenges of working parenthood. Includes practical tools and tips for planning your return with confidence and support.

Breastfeeding 101

We will talk about milk supply, latch, issues that can arise and how to address them, monitoring baby's diapers, milk storage guidelines, pace bottle feeding, and more.

All things pumping course

We will go over getting your breast pump through insurance, setting up and using your breast pump, settings and scheduling pump sessions, when to start, how much milk to expect, flange fitting, pump accessories, and more

Infant MassagE

Bond with your baby through gentle, intentional touch. In this calming and interactive class, you’ll learn techniques to soothe fussiness, improve sleep, relieve gas, and support digestion — all while strengthening your connection. A beautiful practice for newborns and pre-crawlers.

Breastfeeding 2.0

We will discuss clogged ducts, mastitis, the science behind milk production, tandem nursing, twin breastfeeding, NICU breastfeeding journey, pumping to donate, and more.

Starting Solids

Learn when, how, and what to feed your baby as you begin their solid food journey! This class covers signs of readiness, baby-led weaning vs. purées, how to introduce allergens safely, and how to maintain milk feeds during this transition. Walk away feeling confident, informed, and excited about your baby’s next stage of development.

Oral Ties: What Parents Need to Know

Worried about tongue or lip ties? This class helps you understand the signs, symptoms, and impact of oral restrictions on feeding, sleep, and development. We’ll discuss what’s normal, when to seek an evaluation, and what care looks like before and after a release. Evidence-based and judgement-free.
